the uc/os-ii problem with the OSTaskQuery

I`m programming a code by VS2013 .I don`t know what`s the fuck.
the are some problem in this programming
I take three tasks in this OS
the third one use the function “OSTaskQuery()” but it`s looks like pause in OS and forever in a death cycling.who can tell me why?
